1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: All orders are verified and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

• Estimated Delivery: Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.

• Please note that unexpected logistical delays caused by weather conditions, festivals, or courier sorting centers are outside of our direct control.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee may be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Failure / Incorrect Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and phone number. If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO) due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or repeated unavailability of the recipient, the customer will be liable to cover any re-shipping costs if they wish to have the item dispatched again.
