Thank you for shopping at Kovelo.online. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges Based on Change of Mind Because our products are shipped directly via domestic fulfillment logistics, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if you simply change your mind, dislike the product color, or ordered the wrong size/item by mistake. All sales are final once shipped.

  2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received We only replace or refund items if they arrive defective, completely damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

    • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must email us at mandeepkumarbawa3@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

    • Mandatory Proof Required: You must provide a clear video showing the unboxing of the package from start to finish, along with clear photos of the damaged item. Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.                                                                                                    3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns For COD orders, if a delivery fails because the customer rejected the package at the doorstep, is unavailable, or provided an incorrect address, the order will be permanently cancelled, and future COD privileges for that customer profile will be revoked.
